Ο Γιάννης ήταν ο προσωπικός μου γυμναστής σε γυμναστήριο στη Λευκωσία, όπου εξεγυμναζόμουν για μερικούς μήνες. Απολαμβάνα το φιλικό κλίμα, καθώς αυτό πιστεύω προσφέρει επιπλέον κίνητρο στον πελάτη, αλλά και στις σύγχρονες μεθόδους (παρακολούθηση καρδιακών παλμών και άλλων ζωτικών ενδείξεων). Όταν άλλαξε γυμναστήριο, τον ακολούθησα.

Ακολούθως, είχα ένα ατύχημα (ρίξιμο χιαστών) και ο Γιάννης ήταν το σωστό άτομο για την αποκατάστασή μου. Με μερικούς μήνες δουλειάς, το εγχειρισμένο πόδι μου έφτασε σε δύναμη με παρόμοια επίπεδα με αυτά που είχε πριν την εγχείρηση και το γόνατό μου επανέκτησε σημαντικό μέρος της ευλυγισίας, αλλά και της ευκαμψίας του!

Ive known Yiannis more than a year now through a close friend of mine and making the decision to train with him was the best thing to do in order to build a strong engagement with fitness again after so many years of not going to the gym because of an injury. Yiannis helped me extremely with his work ethic, passion, motivation, consistency and true love of what he does in order to build my confidence, believe in my self and achieve the goals we said we could achieve through hard work and I thank him for that.
